Mount Maunganui local Nicky Robertson brings a wealth of hairdressing experience to her own business. She’s worked in London, Sydney and New Zealand, in large scale, leading salon groups. She’s managed a team of eight hairdressers in Wellington and led a staff of 24 hair stylists in Sydney.
Her vision for en jay was to bring the knowledge and experience of working in cutting edge salons and big cities back home to her local community. en jay is a stylish, popular salon and Nicky and her team of stylists are much in demand. Nicky is Redken Colour certified and has a strong belief in investing in education for all the en jay team. “I believe in creating an exceptional experience for every client who visits en jay and we can only achieve this if we continue our education, learn new skills, techniques and keep up with trends. That’s how we continually evolve.” |

Hairdressing has been a passion of Codey's from a young age.
She loves making people feel confident and beautiful. She believes healthy/strong hair is important and strives to keep it a priority. Codey is a mum to two wonderful little boys Hunter and Nikau who keep her super busy out of work hours, they enjoy plenty of family time and the outdoors. Jemma is a passionate hairdresser who loves helping her clients look and feel their absolute best. She specialises in blondes, creating beautiful, tailored results that enhance each clients individual style and confidence, while still enjoying all aspects of hairdressing.
Known for her warm and welcoming approach. Jemma takes time to truly listen and ensure every client leaves the salon feeling refreshed, confident and cared for. When shes not in the salon, Jemma loves making special memories with her beautiful son and relaxing with a good book. |
