Cancellation Policy

*Please note there is a cancellation policy for all appointments. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to meet the minimum notice period or a missed appointment will otherwise be charged at 50% of your appointment.

**If the appointment date/time you are after is unavailable via our online booking please give us a call as we can sometimes fit you in.
